Unleash your inner word wizard and bring precision to our SaaS product!
As our new UX Writer, you will be responsible for guiding our users through tamigo’s interface in an intuitive way.
You will take the lead on creating simple, precise and functional microcopy that helps customers navigate through the solution. You actively advocate for our end users and give input on how to make every feature, message and notification simpler and more comprehensible. You collaborate with the Product Design team in creating mock-ups, providing assistance with specifications, and reviewing new features to ensure the continuity of the product vision.
You will work with the rest of the content and product team, especially our Product Designer, to formalise our UX guidelines. You safeguard a consistent product voice and contribute to our standardised style guide.
In addition, you coordinate with external translators and perform basic quality checks on translations.
For design and translation, we use tried-and-tested tools. Although we already have a clearly defined process and the necessary tools in place, we now need your help to take the entire process to the next level.
You are the right candidate if:
- You have a deep understanding of the role of microcopy plays in a SaaS product
- You write grammatically correct English, with attention to detail
- You are self-driven and want to make a difference for our end-users
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
