Then you might be the right person to run the onboarding process for one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description

We are looking for a consultant that can help with improving the onboarding experience in the site Bagsværd. The customer operates with a monthly onboarding day where all new colleagues starting in Bagsværd are invited to join the onboarding day. Among the tasks will be to ensure they get ID cards, PC equipment and a presentation by a senior leader in the organization about company culture and values etc.

The consultant will have to ensure communication to the new joiners and managers prior to the onboarding day and plan the practicalities of the day as well as being available on the day. It is important that consultant is ready to handle a lot admin/practical work as well Project management activities, including building a plan for extending the onboarding concept to more sites.

Tasks will include:

  • Creating a communication plan and ensuring Hiring Managers and New Joiners receives timely communication.
  • Ensuring timely and correct data flow for communication to right target groups
  • Coordinating and sharing data with main stakeholders for a smooth execution
  • Understanding needs from different units and improving onboarding planning to accommodate different sites
  • Creating a scalable planning and agenda to accommodate large number of employees
  • Mapping out different onboarding practices across organization to have an holistic overview and understand the need
  • Launching surveys and sharing the feedback with relevant parties and coming up with improvement points based on feedback
  • Being on site on the day of onboarding to ensure smooth running program on the day and providing guidance
  • Ensuring logistics are well coordinated and in place on the day of onboarding (catering, welcome gifts, etc.. )

You wil work at our customers site with the possibility to do some of the preparatory work from home office, but expect attendance for the most part.

The most important skills to succeed is:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • People person who can interact and engage with many different people
  • Meticulous planner and natural project manager
  • English fluent in speech and writing
