We are searching for an admin IT consultant with servicenow experience for a customer based in Bagsværd.
About the assignment:
You will be responsible for implementing a chatbot in ServiceNow and optimizing search functionality within the ServiceNow platform. Your tasks will include implementing requirements and maintaining/updating virtual agent conversation models in ServiceNow. While you will work independently, there will be some initial coaching on the back-end virtual agent.
Responsibilities:
- Implement technical requirements provided by the product owner (virtual agent tuning, training, publishing, etc.).
- Periodically review end-user requests (via the virtual agent) and their associated model predictions.
Needed skills:
This role is not necessarily highly technical; however, you should have a foundational understanding of administering ServiceNow. Your experience could be as an IT supporter or in a similar role.
